SUMMARY:
With the opening of the 3rd LEED Certified Citibank branch in Taiwan, Citi continues to raise the bar for green banking centers globally. Referencing sustainable guidelines developed by Steven Leach, Citi implemented green strategies as they applied to the specific scope of work and project location.

In this green banking center Citi strives to provide a space that is inspiring and desirable to work in – acknowledging employees for their contributions by providing them with the best working environment, a space that supports training and learning, and encouraging sustainable development as a core value. Sustainable features improve the indoor environmental through increased ventilation, low-emitting materials, and adjustable user controls to modify lighting and temperature levels throughout the space.
