SUMMARY:
Citibank, global leader in the financial industry, sought to establish a green banking center in Taiwan as an important step forward to the continuous reduction of the environmental footprint of Citi Asia Pacific. Steven Leach developed sustainable guidelines and implemented green strategies as they applied to the specific scope of work and project location. The two-story bank branch was the 1st project in Taiwan to achieve LEED certification.

Citi brings a better life to people by providing sagacious, efficient investment, and entrusted, confidential services to its customers. The environmental solutions applied to this flagship branch take Citi values a step further and provide a most desirable environment for employees and visitors. The bank is designed to be flexible for future improvements, and uses the highest quality of sustainable materials to achieve the client’s mission to “provide a healthy space in an attractive location that reflects Citigroup values."
