The SL+A Shanghai Office design provides a healthy attractive facility that supports high quality design work and reflects SL+A group’s environmental policy – to achieve excellence and business growth.

The leased space’s generally rectangular geometry with long spans of exterior windows lends itself to efficient layout to maximize the employees’ access to natural light and to facilitate the efficient workflow of different departments. The extensive exterior glazing provides for daylight in the interior and visibility to the exterior environment. The interior finish materials are specified to meet credit requirements based on the final approved plans and availabilities. SL+A Shanghai Branch maintains over 60% of existing interior non-structural components and uses existing furniture and furnishings for 30% of the total furniture and furnishings. New furniture will is environmental friendly with recycled content and low-emitting adhesives and sealants.
